Redefining Men's Health Through AI-Assisted, Doctor-Led Care
Men's health has long been overlooked. Whether due to stigma, embarrassment, or a lack of specialised care, countless men suffer in silence from conditions that are both treatable and transformative. The most prevalent of these conditions is low testosterone—a silent epidemic affecting millions of men worldwide.
One in four men over the age of 30 experiences symptoms of low testosterone, yet many remain undiagnosed. The condition extends far beyond the obvious, affecting not just sexual health but also physical vitality, mental well-being, and overall quality of life.
The most important message we deliver to our patients is this: you are not alone, and there is hope. Testosterone deficiency is a well-understood medical condition with proven, effective treatments.
Low testosterone rarely shows up as one obvious problem. It tends to affect performance, mood, and confidence at the same time.

ADAM
Understanding how our AI system works alongside your medical team.
ADAM stands for Advanced Diagnostic and Assessment Module. It is our custom-built, private AI system designed exclusively for men’s health. ADAM guides you through your health assessment, gathers your medical history, helps you understand your symptoms, monitors your progress over time, and works alongside your doctor to help create and refine your personalised treatment plan.
No. ADAM is a clinical support tool, not a replacement for medical expertise. All medical decisions, including diagnosis and prescribing, are made exclusively by our qualified doctors. ADAM supports; doctors decide.
Yes, completely. ADAM operates within a secure, encrypted environment. Your conversations are accessible only to you and, where clinically necessary, your treating doctor. We do not share your data with any third parties and your information is never used for advertising or commercial profiling.
You can discuss any aspect of your health with ADAM, your symptoms, lifestyle, medical history, medications, concerns about treatment, and progress updates. ADAM is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Yes. You can securely upload previous blood test results through the Quantum Men’s Health platform. ADAM will analyse these alongside your symptom history, giving your doctor a more complete picture of your hormonal health over time.
ADAM is built using the latest large language model technology, trained and refined specifically for men’s health applications. Like all AI systems, outputs can require clinical review, which is why all ADAM assessments are reviewed and validated by our medical team before any clinical decisions are made.
Blood Tests & Consultations
How we diagnose, monitor, and support your health.
Blood tests are essential for an accurate diagnosis. Testosterone deficiency and hormonal imbalances cannot be reliably diagnosed on symptoms alone. A comprehensive blood panel allows our doctors to measure your hormone levels, assess your metabolic health, and rule out other conditions before designing your treatment plan.
Once ADAM has completed your initial health assessment, you will be guided to book blood tests through our network of testing partners across Ireland and the UK. You can select a clinic near you and book at a time that suits you. Results are securely returned to your account for your doctor to review.
Our standard diagnostic panel includes total and free testosterone, SHBG, LH, FSH, oestradiol, full blood count, liver function, PSA, thyroid function, and a metabolic profile. Additional tests may be recommended based on your individual health assessment.
For the most accurate results, blood tests should ideally be taken in the morning, between 07:00 and 11:00, in a fasted state with no food for at least 8 hours beforehand.
Blood test results are typically available within 2 to 5 working days, depending on the testing partner used. You will be notified when your results are available and your doctor will then review them and schedule your consultation.
Consultations take place online via our secure video platform. Your doctor will review your ADAM health assessment, blood test results, and any uploaded historical records before your appointment, ensuring your consultation time is focused and efficient.
We recommend follow-up blood tests and a doctor review every 3 months during the first year of treatment, reducing to every 6 months once your levels are stable. ADAM monitors your progress continuously between appointments and will flag any concerns to your care team.
Treatment & Medication
Your personalised treatment plan explained.
Our doctors prescribe a range of evidence-based treatments for testosterone deficiency and hormone optimisation, including testosterone gels, creams, injections such as testosterone enanthate, cypionate, and Nebido, and nasal preparations. The most appropriate treatment for you will be determined by your doctor based on your blood results, lifestyle, preferences, and medical history.
TRT is a well-established, evidence-based medical treatment that has been used safely for decades. Like all medical treatments, it carries potential risks and benefits that your doctor will discuss with you in detail. When properly prescribed, monitored, and managed by specialist doctors, TRT is considered safe and effective for men with confirmed testosterone deficiency.
Potential side effects can include acne, changes in mood, increased red blood cell count, testicular size reduction, reduced sperm count, and in some cases breast tissue sensitivity. Many side effects are manageable with appropriate dose adjustments and monitoring.
Testosterone replacement therapy can reduce sperm production. If you are planning to father children in the future, you should discuss this with your doctor before starting treatment. Adjunct treatments such as HCG can be used to help preserve fertility in some men.
TRT is generally considered a long-term treatment for testosterone deficiency. Many men remain on treatment for life, as the underlying condition does not resolve spontaneously. Treatment can be stopped if desired, and your doctor will guide you through any discontinuation process if that is your preference.
Prescriptions are issued digitally by our licensed doctors and fulfilled through our registered pharmacy partners. Medication is delivered discreetly to your home address in plain, unmarked packaging. Delivery timescales and pharmacy partners may vary between Ireland and the UK.
Yes. Regular monitoring is an essential part of safe TRT management. You will have blood tests every 3 months during your first year, reducing to every 6 months thereafter. ADAM tracks your symptoms and progress between appointments, and your doctor reviews all results to ensure your treatment remains optimised and safe.

AI in Medicine
How artificial intelligence enhances your care and where its limits remain.
ADAM supports your care by gathering comprehensive health histories, identifying symptom patterns over time, analysing uploaded blood work, monitoring your progress between appointments, and assisting your doctor in building and refining your personalised treatment plan.
No. ADAM does not make medical decisions. It is a clinical support tool that provides information and analysis to your doctor. All diagnoses, prescribing decisions, and treatment plan approvals are made exclusively by qualified medical professionals.
AI systems can occasionally produce outputs that are incomplete, contextually inaccurate, or that require clinical interpretation. AI cannot replicate the full breadth of human clinical judgment, physical examination, or the nuanced understanding of complex individual patient circumstances.
No. AI is a powerful tool for enhancing the quality and efficiency of care, but the human clinical relationship, judgment, and accountability of a doctor cannot and should not be replaced by technology. At Quantum Men’s Health, the doctor remains the responsible clinician for your care.
ADAM functions as a clinical decision support tool. The regulatory classification of AI systems in healthcare is evolving across the EU and UK, including the EU AI Act and MHRA guidance on software as a medical device.
The combination of ADAM’s analytical depth and your doctor’s clinical expertise means you receive care that is both data-rich and human-centred. ADAM can track dozens of health variables consistently over time, and your doctor applies clinical judgment to that richer picture.
Yes. Using AI to support clinical decision-making is backed by a growing body of peer-reviewed evidence and aligns with current best practice in diagnostic support, treatment personalisation, and patient monitoring.
